Changing Audio and Camera in Boardroom

Step 1: Change the computer Audio output

Click the Audio button at the bottom of the screen and select “Speaker (Synaptics HD Audio)”

Step 2: Change the Teams Microphone settings:

Right click your teams icon and choose “settings’’

Inside teams settings, Change Speaker to Speaker “(Synaptics HD Audio)” and Microphone to “Microphone Array (7-FocucMic)”

You should now be going through the Soundbar and Camera on top of the Television

Soundbar settings:

If you don’t have sound with the soundbar

Step 1: confirm power

Ensure the Soundbar is currently on

Step 2: Confirm Source:

When pressing the input button, the sound input will change; and a light will flash to indicate which number it is on. Ensure the far left (1^st light) is flashing when input is pressed;

Audio through the soundbar should now be restored
