Account stuck on 'Verifying'

Problem Description:
Each time a user attempts to log into Workplace, they will get prompted to complete 2FA.
Workplace will send them a notification that will not work.
Checking the account in Workplace - it will appear as 'Verifying'
Problem Resolution:
If the user is requiring immediate access for the steps below.
If the user is does not require immediate access, follow the steps below, entitled 'Alternative Solution'
Log into Workplace and go to the admin panel and search for the person:
Select the 'more options' button:
Select 'Generate authentication code'
Provide the end user with the code. It will be valid for about 20 minutes.
The user will now be able to login, without issues.
The status of the account will go from 'Verifying' to 'claimed'
Alternative Solution
Search for the person in Workplace in the Admin console.
Click on the menu button and select the option 'Deactivate account'.
Refresh the account and ensure the status is set to 'Deactivated'.
Click on the menu button and select 'Activate account'.
Confirm the activation.
The status of the account will change to 'invited'.
Select the option 'Remind'.
Resend the invitation.
