Files not updating on the S:\ drive for Cia
Problem Description
The Finance team will report that files (below) are not updating.
S:\Finance\T1 Cloud Prod\saas-out\CES

Problem Cause
There is a script on QPAT-APP9 that should run every ten minutes.

The problem occurs when the script does not run.
Problem Resolution
Remote to server QPAT-APP9
Open a command prompt with admin rights.

While the below file can be run from Windows Explorer, it is advisable to run the file from a command prompt so any errors will become evident.
Navigate to this location - C:\FinanceOne SFTP\Prod, using this command:
cd ../../"FinanceOne SFTP"/Prod

Run the following script: sync.bat

The script will run - below is a successful instance of the script.
Select y - when prompted for 'Store key in cache'
