Cia Configuration
Problem
The SSO option has disappeared
Resolution
Called TechOne - they needed to send a password reset email from within the system.
Once the password was reset - could then log into portal.
To enable the SSO option follow these steps
Go to Systems Administration -> Site Settings -> Authentication Types
Go to Cianywhere and select 'View'
Go to 'Applied Portals' and select the option 'Add'
Use the drop-down menu and select NA Employee (The option is not available for the screen shot below. I would have to break it again to display the option)
Save the changes
Leave the 'Enable Redirect' option as is.
This will restore the SSO option to the production environment
Problem
SSO option does not work. The 2FA sends the request, but does not work, giving the below error
Resolution
The Azure Enterprise Application set and the CIA configuration do not match.
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Confirm the settings in Azure here:
Confirm settings within Cia here:
Change your account to 'Systems Administration'
In the 'Enterprise Search' option enter 'Portal'
Go to 'Authentication Types' -> 'View'
Select 'Cianywhere'
Ensure these settings are the same (below). If they are not, there is an option to edit and also test
